Fees

The following fees and deposits are charged by the property at time of service, check-in, or check-out.

• Pet fee: EUR 100 per pet, per week
• Late check-in fee: EUR 50 for check-in between 8 PM and midnight
• Housekeeping fee: EUR 55 every 7 days

Mandatory Fees and Taxes

You'll be asked to pay the following charges at the property:

• Breakage deposit: EUR 1500.00 per stay

• A tax is imposed by the city: EUR 0.50 per person, per night, up to 5 nights. This tax does not apply to children under 12 years of age.
• Cleaning fee: EUR 260.00 per accommodation, per stay
• Towels/sheets: EUR 25 per person, per week
