Special check-in instructions
The front desk is open daily from 8:30 AM - 6:00 PM. To make arrangements for check-in please contact the property at least 24 hours before arrival using the information on the booking confirmation. If you are planning to arrive after 8 PM please contact the property in advance using the information on the booking confirmation. Guests must contact the property in advance for check-in instructions. Front desk staff will greet guests on arrival.

Know Before You Go

• All guests, including children, must be present at check-in and show their government-issued photo ID card or passport.
• Cash transactions at this property cannot exceed EUR 5000, due to national regulations. For further details, please contact the property using information in the booking confirmation.
• The seasonal pool will be open from May 10 to October 31.
• Guests can arrange to bring pets by contacting the property directly, using the contact information on the booking confirmation (surcharges apply and can be found in the Fees section).

Fees

• Pet fee: EUR 15 per pet, per stay
• Service animals are exempt from fees
• Late check-out fee: EUR 30.00 (subject to availability)

• A tax is imposed by the city: From 16 March - 31 March, EUR 0.50 per person, per night, up to 5 nights. This tax does not apply to children under 10 years of age.
• A tax is imposed by the city: From 1 April - 31 December, EUR 1.00 per person, per night, up to 5 nights. This tax does not apply to children under 10 years of age.
