In the event of an early departure, the property will charge you the full amount for your stay. This property is located in a residential area and guests are asked to refrain from excessive noise. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. The host charges this 14 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that: - this villa does not accept groups under the age of 25 - check-in and key-collection take place at the central reception office in Protaras, from 17:00. The central office is open daily from 09:00 and 18:00 - Pool cleaning is available. Housekeeping can be provided at extra charge.
