For stays on or after January 1, 2021, citizens of Colombia and foreigners staying 60 consecutive days or more will be charged a 19% national sales tax by the property at the time of stay. Foreigners on a tourist visa will not be required to pay this tax. The tax may be charged where a room is shared by a taxable and a non-taxable guest.

Please inform Apartamentos Bacanos in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Note that groups over 20 guests are not allowed to book together. Please note that on Mondays, the swimming pool is not available due to maintenance. Please note that a cleaning fee of COP 60,000 will apply only for the Studio. Please note that a service fee of 5% will be additional for credit card users.
