For stays on or after January 1, 2021, citizens of Colombia and foreigners staying 60 consecutive days or more will be charged a 19% national sales tax by the property at the time of stay. Foreigners on a tourist visa will not be required to pay this tax. The tax may be charged where a room is shared by a taxable and a non-taxable guest.

Due to Coronavirus (COVID-19), wearing a face mask is mandatory in all indoor common areas. It is not possible to stay at this property for Coronavirus (COVID-19) quarantine purposes. Please note that all common areas (beach, swimming pool, restaurant) are open to the general public. Please note, this hotel is located on the island and there is only 1 way to arrive. The room rate does not include transportation. Guests can coordinate their own transportation or take the hotel's private boat Cartagena - Islas del Rosario - Cartagena at 9:00 hrs returning at 15:00 hrs. Please note pets are not allowed at the hotel. Children older than 4 years pay as an adult. Children under 3 years old pay for their meals and transportation. Only guests with a Visa TP - 11 or Permiso - 5 / PTP - 5 tourist visa are exempt from paying value added tax (IVA) during their stay.
