Toți cetățenii din Chile, indiferent de durata sejurului și toți străinii care rămân în țară pentru cel puțin 60 de zile consecutive pot fi nevoiți să plătească taxa națională pe vânzări (19%) la check-out. Pentru a obține scutirea de taxe, cetățenii străini trebuie, la intrare, să-și plătească sejurul în monedă străină (nu în peso chilian) și să prezinte un pașaport valabil, alături de cardul de migrare pe care l-au primit la intrarea în țară. Due to Coronavirus (COVID-19), please ensure that you are only booking this property following the local government guidelines of the destination, including but not limited to the purpose of travel, and maximum allowed group size. It is not possible to stay at this property for Coronavirus (COVID-19) quarantine purposes. Based on local tax laws, all Chilean citizens and resident foreigners must pay an additional fee (IVA) of 19%. Foreign tourists: to be exempt from this 19% additional fee (IVA) the payment must be made in US dollars and a copy of the immigration card and passport must be presented. The passenger won’t be exempt from this fee when paying in local currency. In case of no show the invoice will be billed in local currency, including this additional fee (IVA). * This additional fee (IVA) is not included in the hotel rates and must be paid separately.
