You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. A damage deposit of EUR 1500 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that there is extra charge for late check-in starting from 18:00 as follows: From 18:00 to 21:00 EUR 30; From 21:00 EUR 50. Heating for the swimming pool is available from 1 October to 31 May for an extra fee of EUR 250 per week.
