You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. A surcharge of EUR 30 applies for late arrivals from 20.00 to 22.00 and a surcharge of EUR 50 applies for late arrivals from 22.00 to 00.00 to be paid in cash upon arrival.
