Guests will receive a rental agreement which must be signed and returned to the property prior to arrival. If guests do not receive the agreement on time, they should contact the property management company at the number on the booking confirmation. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. Unfortunately, Ballito Manor Beach 405 is unable to accommodate bookings for stag/hen parties or school leavers (“Matric Rage”). Any such bookings will be cancelled, with no refund given.
