This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Please inform Ferienhaus am Meer mit Kamin & Sauna - Seestern 251 in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. A damage deposit of EUR 200 is required. The host charges this 14 days before arrival. This will be collected by bank transfer. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via bank transfer, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that the minimum age of all adults traveling with you must be at least 25 years (excluding own children of the travelers). Please note that due to rising energy costs (electricity and gas), we charge additionally according to consumption. When travelling with pets, please note that an extra charge of 50€ per pet, per stay until 5 days applies, otherwise €10/night.
