Central position. Close to public transport. Small pension as a full service. Kind and competent staff. The only negative thing is the lack of email response from the manager. Even if he's good advice for addresses where you can eat well and enjoy your holidays.

I really liked Matosinhos.

I've spent four nights at this hotel. It's really very well located. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. The bedding is very high quality. The employees and the boss are really friendly and you can trust their advice to find a typical entertainment, restaurant or store. I really want to thank them.

Unblemished

The hotel is located close to many streets where you can find all kinds of restaurants. A popular neighborhood, you can stroll through the streets and get close to the long beach which is not very far from the hotel. A very simple breakfast, the air conditioning in the room worked perfectly, the bed mattress was impeccable, very well slept. Clean, ask for the rooms at the end of the corridors facing the street, very quiet, no regrets about having chosen this hotel

Excellent quality price

There's nothing to say about the quality of the reception, or the room itself. It's spacious, comfortable, nice and super well located. But it's just too well located. The room overlooks one of the central squares of Aveiro, right in front of a tourist bar that plays music all night long. So it's impossible to sleep before 3:00 in the morning. So only if you're a feast...

Close enough to Porto, 5 minutes walking to Matosinhos beach, also not far from the airport. I paid 16 euro for taxi from there to the airport on a Sunday.

It seems to be a family run, simple, but good enough for anybody travelling on a budget and not necessarily looking for luxury.

All the staff is very friendly and attentive, specially Diogo.

Close enough to Porto, 5 minutes to Matosinhos beach

Doing the Port Tour? get out of Porto and head north over to Matsosinhos. Its just a 20 minute car journey and you'll get real Portuguese life. Super friendly staff in this small family run hotel. Really clean and quiet and unbelievable value for money. Also its a 3 minute walk to the best fish restaurants in Portugal. Massive choice and truly exceptional fresh selection. Matsosinhos was the jewel in my Portugal trip!

Very nice person, always available for the needs. Excellent cleanliness everywhere, with special care in the rooms. Comfortable rooms. Small lunch well served. You only notice some noise in the rooms facing the main street.

Family guy with top cleanliness and friendliness.

We had 3 friends from 2 to 6 June. Phenomenal, the fantastic location, a few meters from the metro-tram stop. The village has a fantastic beach that is huge and many restaurants and marisqueerias. You arrive in Porto in a little while. The hotel encanto, is decorated with great charm and respecting the traditional style. We were in room 1 by the road and at night no noise is heard, it sleeps perfectly. The room we liked a lot, had an independent living room, very nice. The hotel staff were super friendly, very friendly and educated and always ready to help and solve any problems, very professional.

De marvellous is the name of the game.

La Habitación is normal but very clean and always put the towels with precious details. Personal super friendly. It is very well located, less than 5 minutes from the beach. Although the tram passes in front it is not very noisy.

Very good attention.

We spent five days in Holy Week everything was perfect, room, bathroom, staff kindness, location, cleaning.Everything was great.We left on the recommendation of a family member and will definitely return.The only difference would be the lack of an elevator for people with reduced mobility.
