As we travel with a dog, we booked a double room through this webpage. When we arrived, we found out we were not allowed to check in with the dog because the double room was not pet friendly. The room was already paid, and the only solution not to lose our money was to pay an upgrade to a villa. In this webpage it was not explained correctly that the only pet friendly rooms are the villas. The manager didn’t offer us any compromise knowing tha
