We stayed 2 nights in Stettin and had nothing to expose at Mariacka's apartment. Our house was a maisonette house connected by a small turning staircase, which also included a small kitchen. One wonders briefly which target group should wear the youthful, little subtle decoration and the elaborate functional shower, but that's also something else. At the top with a double bed and a second TV (who only came to Stettin for the TV), however, the part didn't get to sleep. Unfortunately, that part was not quite enough to sleep.

Decorative Maisonette apartment in good condition

Great apartment but downside was 49 stairs to climb and as we are both in our 60's not that much fun with two big suitcases. It might be worth pointing that out in the information. Otherwise apart from there being no knives to butter ones toast the apartment was clean, comfortable and airy. It was also nice and quiet and well placed for the old town and a short tram ride and walk from the railway station. We would come again but with less luggage.

Good accomodation but lots of steps

Cool loft conversion in an old apartment block. No lift, so carry your case up several flights of stairs. And once in the flat a steep narrow spiral staircase to the sleeping floor - quite a challenge going to the loo in the night and I didn't even try to get my case up there! Pro's: Spotlessly clean, modern quirky decor, comfortable bed, free wifi, well equipped kitchen and even a washing machine. Great central location near the coolest bars and restaurants and a short walk from the river. Efficient check-in and electronic keys to the doors.
Cons: Steep spiral staircase. Terrible sound proofing: my neighbours came in at 5am each night and I could hear every word - they had a row the first night and were cheerfully laughing and chatting the second night - at least they fell into bed and went to sleep within about half an hour! No blinds on one of the big velux windows so impossible to black-out the bedroom. No a/c and it was warm up under the roof even though the weather was cool for the time of year.

Great central space in Szczecin

Stayed there for four nights, two adults and three kids. The apartment was large, with three floors. Lots of stairs, not suitable for very small children or elderly people. Nice loaction, just a short walk to shopping centers, restaurants and old town. Has all you need for a longer stay, including washing machine and dishwasher. 
The top floor was a litlle hot on sunny days, and wifi was poor during most of our stay there.

Large and stylish apartment at a good location

In a central location, we found here a) the perfect starting point for our walking tour of the city, b) the resting place we needed during our leisure hours. In our apartment, old and new were joyfully united in a purple-decorated symbiosis, one could literally feel the joy of the sculptor in his work. We look back on two wonderful days in Stettin - and that despite almost continuous hail. Thank you!
