The service was nice, but only spoke Polish and Russian, no matter how it worked out. The room was small and cozy. There was a tea kitchen on the hallway. Tea and apples were included. The hotel was built. Everything, including the rooms, was new. The mattresses were quite feathery. Parking lots were available in the backyard. There was only evening parking there because these were otherwise blocked by the farmers. In the inner courtyard there was still a cape school with its doors closed. This was a minor inconvenience if you wanted to sleep by 8:00 p. Otherwise the quiet location in the inner courtyard was an advantage.

All you need

It is conveniently located with 300 metres of tram stop, free parking, free tea and coffee, fruit, microwave and friendly staff, but no room service and relatively secluded mattresses.

City tour to the highly interesting Stettin

We slept here one night and were very peaceful. We booked online twenty minutes before we arrived and the room was already ready. The lady at the reception was very kind and casual, she even spoke a little German. She showed us our room and the tea kitchen. Everything was very clean and neat and new and modern set up which was really a surprise for this price. In the tea kitchen in the hall there is a microwave, water cook, refrigerator etc. Tea and coffee are available and included in the price. The entrance to the hotel is in a backyard where there is also the parking lot of the hotel. Next to the hotel is a supermarket to shop.

Super hotel in Stettin

Arrived at the weekend and there was a boating regatta taking place in the city, all hotels in the city were booked out, however we managed to secure a room at this hotel, it's a little bit out from the city however there is a tram network operating nearby and it is only 4 stops, owner does not speak either German or English however his son does, room was very clean, beds were very comfortable and you also had access to make yourself some tea or coffee with no charge, room had satellite tv and all for around €29.00 a night, Tesco is next door to the hotel so that was handy as well, they don't serve breakfast or evening meals however there is an Irish/scottish bar just a short walk away and they served excellent meals at very very affordable prices, I will definitely stay at this hotel again the next time I visit

Really friendly, comfortable accommodation

At first day in reception the man was so impolite and aggressive. It was the most unwelcome place I've ever been. I was trying to communicate with him in English but he was really mean. So I just took stuff and went . I do not recommend that place.

horrible service

The hotel is placed in a quiet place, a bit off the street.
The rooms are cosy, well equipped, clean and comfortable. Kitchen available on each floor. New elevator, parking for car. Nice service. The only thing that disturbed me a bit was quite thin walls between the rooms.

good place to stay near the center for reasonable price

I've stayed for three nights, and I've liked it very much.
The room is cozy, warm and pleasant.
Outside of the room there's a small kitchen with free coffee and tea, many varieties!
The location is very nice: at hotel's next door there are one Tesco supermarket and a tram station. If you prefer to go by taxi to downtown, expect to spend something around 10 złoty, which is absolutely reasonable!
Next time I go to Szczecin, I'd stay with them again. Thanks! 

Very cozy and clean! 

We just wanted a nice overnight for the weekend because we wanted to explore a little Stettin and also to stroll a little bit in the beautiful shopping malls. It wasn't our first night in Stettin and we had often paid more for the night. The greater the surprise about the really stylishly decorated beautiful rooms and the cleanliness! Very nice was also the community kitchen line on each floor. Other guests were practically unable to hear us sleep very well. The reception was very friendly and you can park the car in the courtyard. It's an ideal starting point to explore Stettin. The tram is only a few meters away and only a few stations (sports also left) to run from the shopping center of Turzyn. Everything is still very close and we were sure to get back to the shopping center.

Good price, nice room.

In a building dedicated to guest rooms, the rooms overlook a courtyard that also serves as a parking lot. We were a couple for two nights, we arrived and the reception was made by a very kind and helpful lady. However, the room is quite small, the bed is actually the assembly of two simple beds. Hair on the sheets anyway. The room has a small, convenient fridge in the summer and a TV. The bathroom was clean but the flow of the shower is very slow and the plumbing smelled bad. The trash can was broken. In short, if you have no other choice, the place can be cleared for long nights.

Far from downtown but cheap

Room with no more: nail found on the cover, towel-shaped sheeting, no top sound insulation, and clogged and smelly shower drainage! Slow wifi connection!!! Location quite far from the center (15 minutes' fast walk).
