Check-in at night is very complicated, make sure they tell you the room number and the combination of the box where you can find the keys.

There's better (maybe not worse)

I don't recommend this place. The room was dark, old musty ferniture and windows, cold inside. Pictures on the website out of date. A big mistake to stay there. Only advatage is proximity to the airport.

Disgusting place!

When it comes to the crew, in a nutshell group of young people with symptoms of boredom. Registration process went smoothly and I immediately received the key. After opening room door, my nostrils hit a stinky smell and...a lack of light. The Girl's reaction was surprising, because she asked me "How long will you stay here, one night, didn't you? I can offer you a lamp, is it okay for you?". Hmmm. Do I look like Alladin? I disagreed, so she looked at me with an anger and went downstairs to find some help. After a few minutes she came back with a more polite colleague who resolved the problem.

The room: Small, dark and stinky room that hasn't been cleaned for a long time (cobwebs, some dirt on the floor, dust everywhere). Due to the fact that the room is located on the half - floor next to the old, wooden, creaking stairs, there is no way to sleep here for sure. Trust me. Every single 10 minutes somebody goes upstairs and downstairs like a crazy. I guess the mattress  has been used by an army for the last 5 years. Useless, uncomfortable, awful. The biggest advantage of this accommodation is the private bathroom, which was quite clean and pretty new, but I didn't get any towel.

Price: Taking into consideration conditions of the room - definitely too high.

Location: It's okay. Less than 20 minutes by a car to the City Center, something about 20 min. to the Krakow - Balice airport.

Please don't come here! You can find better place in Cracow.

My son booked it for a family trip. When we arrived, we had a room in the basement with two bunk beds in castle style with a 20x20 square grid with a rubber mattress built in. Private bathroom is 1.50x1.50 meters and not suitable. The structure is dirty. We left immediately because we were afraid to spend the night there. We had to pay the entire two nights booked 136 euros for 3 people and two nights. Believe the pictures that show you. Some facilities in Italy would be closed by the NAS.

Never again these deceptive structures

It was one of the most affordable options, as we needed a parking lot. It's here. The big plus is that breakfast is included and what you can eat from 7 a.m. You can get to the center by bus, but we as lovers went for a walk, walked along the Kościuszko gorge, went to the Wawel Castle. The area is quiet and quiet. There is a small kitchen, convenient to make tea before bed. · The beds are not the most convenient, the towels were apparently not dry enough and stretched out in a small amount of powder.

It'll be one night.

We were lucky to get a bed anywhere in Krakow on Friday 17th Aug 2019. Having been turned away from all hotels we enquires we checked a booking site late Fri night and a new vacancy appeared & I grabbed it. 
We arrived late, at 10:00pm. The staff were friendly and helpful, even though they were  busy with a full house. Our room was modest but so was the price. 
Breakfast was the best I’d seen. A generous buffet of salads, meats, cheeses and eggs in Polish style.


Great find in a fully booked Krakow

WiFi doesn't exist or almost, the encrypted TV with no appeal, the horrible mattress (after a day I still carry spring marks on my back), too much noise because it's too close to the road, staff not too friendly and they almost ruined my credit card when I booked.

Only in case of emergency

I didn't get the Wi-Fi, either the signal was too weak or I just didn't check, but I didn't bother with it either, because I didn't care, because I don't have any roaming costs inside the EU anyway. I find breakfast very rich and diverse for a hostel. There's a lot of choice.

2 nights at a savory cold wet March weekend

My boyfriend and I stayed here for a week in April 2017, as a base from which to visit Krakow. The location was very nice - in a nice, quiet area near a large park. Buses into Krakow city centre were regular, punctual and cheap, and only took about 10-15 minutes. In terms of the hotel itself, the room was very tastefully decorated and spotlessly clean, the shower was nice and warm and powerful, the bathroom spotless, and the bed comfortable. The breakfast was lovely and there was a lot of variety of foods available. The staff were, without exception, lovely people. We found them to be very welcoming and helpful and made us feel at home. They all spoke good English (I am from the UK and can't speak Polish!). There was an outdoor seating area with sun-loungers which looked like it would be nice in summer, though the weather was too cold to use it when we were there. We would definitely stay here again

Beautiful rooms, friendly and helpful staff, very good value, would definitely recommend

The hostel is a little far from the city center if you want to go walking but is near from the airport, THe kitchen is a litle dirty and small, the rooms are good and confortables.The breakfast is good too.
