The hostel was very comfortable and the staff was helpful. There are all conveniences there and the hostel is in the centre if the city, so it’s very close to the Old City. 
The beds are comfortable and the whole hostel is very clear, no unpleasant smells. Thank you so much ❤️.

A comfortable stay in the centre of Krakow

24 hour reception, bar (not 24h)and kitchen is well equipped.Everything in the room looked new - metal bunks (bedbugs prefer wood), table and chairs and large locking cabinet. The room had its own en suite which looked recently installed. Bed was comfortable with no noticeable  noise from the busy road outside the window.I'd stay there again.

The room was big and with perfect temperature. It's extremely well located, walking distant from several points of interest and with lots of transportation options. The welcome shot is a must, don't miss it. But their flavored vodka is so good you won't have just one! Weronika, the bar manager, is a bundle of joy and very helpful. I highly recommend for those looking for a private room but in a place where we can meet people and enjoy the city at its best!

The hostel is centrally located. The rooms are modern and functionally furnished. Everything is top clean. However, my single room was not even cleaned within the five days I stayed. The bed was very comfortable but the pillow was a disaster. A thin, crumbly thing. The staff is super friendly and helpful. The choice in the house bar is sufficient. The rooms are on floors 1 to 4. There is no elevator, which makes the hostel a problem for physically disabled people.

It's good not to be too demanding.

The hostel is in a great location in the city, the rooms were very clean, and so were the beds. Everyone got their own large locker. I had to move rooms due to a large group staying on my third night. The first floor was quite modern. When I was moved to the third floor, I noticed that the toilets were not as nice and were shared with a lot more rooms compared to the first room I stayed in.

Hostel well located, being possible to walk to the historic part of the city, Jewish neighborhood, to the river and to the castle. The room was wide, with a backpack cabinet, bathroom (clean) inside the room, table in the room, good mattress, clean bedding, taken by the bedside. There is a public kitchen in the hostel. The street in front of the hostel is a little noisy, as it has the tram line. The hostel is a little formal, not facilitating the interaction of the guests. There is a locked room where you can leave the luggage.

Good hostel

As hostels go, this was a good, clean, well organised place and we felt safe. We booked a twin room with private bathroom. The shower was ok, bathroom clean. Comfy beds, small hand towl each. The only reason i gave 4 stars and not 5 is because when we arrived, our room had a very bad smell iof sewerage. We had to leave the bathroom fan on all the time. We couldn't leave the window open as it was too cold. The kitchen was always very busy, and we were there out of high season. We only used it to make a few hot drinks but it looked clean. The fridges were full of peoples food, not sure there would have been any room for ours if we had wanted to use it. Would stay here again.

Good, clean, organised hostel. Bad smell in room.

A nice hostel. A clean room and a good price. We lived in room d1. There is a television table and a lot of towels to charge everything you need. There are towels. The view from the window looks like a big pair. Very nice. The kitchen is separated on the first floor. There is a shower and toilet in the room. I recommend.

It's a business trip.

Top location, warm reception and clean room! However there is too much noise at night. People scream and scream in the hallway without anyone saying anything while they sign a paper for silence between 11pm and 7am.
