We stayed here for 11 nights. 
We had a lovely room, very spacious with a large bed, sofa and plenty of storage space.  
The breakfast was delicious and plentiful. 
The hotel was spotless and the staff were very pleasant and helpful at all times. 
The owner picked us up from the airport and as it was around 9pm when we landed after he had taken us to a the hotel and shown us our room he then took us into the town so that we could have an evening meal. 
Nothing was too much trouble and we would highly recommend this hotel.  

Lovely hotel 

We arrived abit earlier than expected, the host (unfortunately i can't remember his name) immediately checked if our room was ready. After like 2 minutes he told us that our room would be ready in a moment, we could go park our car and then he'd show us to our room. Our room was situated on the first floor with a door to the garden with a lovely little terrace. The kitchenette had everything you need, bed was comfortable and shower was nig enough. 
There is a bus stop near the hotel, takes max.5 minutes to walk to it, the bus to old town cost about 3zl if i remember correctly. 
There was also a little kiosk where you can buy basic stuff.

Krakow was very beautiful and interesting with alot to see. Unfortunately we had a pretty tight schedule, but we will be coming here again, for a bit longer than two nights!

Great Host!

This is a really nice place in what appears on the face of it not such a great place in Krakow.  It was the nicest place on the block but wasn't the easiest place to find. Once inside it was well appointed and almost completely brand new.  There was a really nice terrace out the back to just chill and have a drink.  Keep in mind you are in suburbia so not much to look at other than neighbours.  Not far from town and we walked every day and brought back food from the supermarket to make up. Only problem I had was that it said there was parking which wasn't completely untrue - it was just on the street which was small and already packed full of cars.  One time we had to park about 500m away and I genuinely wasn't sure if we'd see either the car or the contents of the car again but it was still there in the morning. 

Overall we had a great stay here.

Good Value Place to Stay in Krakow

Need a place to stay for 5 days in Krakow, picked this one, close to downtown and easy out to the country.
You will get clean towel, soap and body wash.
Clean place, very accommodating staff and good breakfast.
Eggs and sausage made fresh when you get to the breakfast area.
It's OK for adults, I don't think kids will have room to stay, yard is small and not very organize, that's why I give 4 for cleanliness.
There are few tables and chairs, to relax, have a beer and smoke.
There is no smoking inside, good.
There is small kitchen with table wear, pots and pans.
Nicely finish bathroom, rest of the room is OK, building is old but conformable.
You do have obstacle course to get from and to parking lot.
Street is in need of repairs, parking lot is gravel.
If you have wheels on your luggage, to bad, need to carry it.
I did have option for transportation from airport, but from travel agency not from hotel, but I opt out to rent the car.
There is 10 zlotych charge for parking per night, it's not bed price, $3.
There is no place to park on the street.

Clean and inexpensive, good for short stay.

We had a large room, with a double bed (and an extra bed). There was also a minimal kitchenette, (which we didn't use actually), but it may be useful to make some coffee or tea. the refrigerator was priceless (the weather was very hot). The bathroom was also large enough. I would suggest some small improvements (e.g. something to put your soap on while taking your shower). The room was clean, but as we stayed only for 1 and a half days (2 nights), I cannot review the cleaning services. The breakfast was included, it was satisfactory ( cheese, butter, some cold cuts, eggs, sausages). I would like to point out that the man at the reception was very kind and helpful, giving us all the directions we needed. The hotel is not within acceptable walking distance from the city center (but still not too far, about 2-3 bus stops, it takes 5-10 minutes to get there by bus).
