Our group of 20 plus stayed at this hostel in Krakow for two nights. The staff was extremely friendly and courteous, and the place was truly clean and well maintained. It is located quite close to the city square, so it's a great place to stay if you plan to spend some time visiting the square. When we were finished our stay the staff even allowed us to store our extra luggage for a few days while we traveled to Zakopane. My crew and I truly recommend this wonderful place to stay at a reasonable price.

Great way to stay in Krakow

Perfect place for a hostel style stay. A very short walk from Krakow's main square. stores and restaurants around and easy to get from the train station. the place is clean and quiet. The free breakfast is well, what you would expect from free but surely will keep you alive until lunch time. Very friendly staff and a cool location.

If you are doing a "Hostel" experience. Do it right at Hollywood.

It's an appatrment-hostel very close to the old town. The location is fantastic - 5-6 minutes walk from the old town's main square. There are a lot of shops close to the hostel. The 2 rooms appartment was big enough for a 4 persons family. 
The price of the accomodation was very good. The breakfast is included - but it's very boring (I don't think it would be necessary...).
There is free wifi access. The appartment had basic and modern equipments and private bathroom.
The staff is friendly and helpful.

There was a very small mobile-heater for the 2 big rooms - so it was very cold (we got a 2nd heater - but in wintertime it wasn't enough because there weren't heated rooms in the neighborhood.
In summertime it could be perfect.

Very good location for very good price

If you have no demands at all when it comes to hotell-standards but are all in for a good location, this is the place to stay. H H is in an old building with major need of total upgrade. Our apartment was mouldy (from the bathroom) with loads of insects crawling around. I dont know the english name, but they live in mouldy / wet rooms, like cellars and so on

We stayed for six days - no cleaning, nobody emptied the garbage etc

We had to pay for towels and buy our own toiletpaper.

Beds were old and worn out.

We had water leaking from the ceiling. The staff gave us a bucket and some towels...  

The breakfast was simple but ok - at least the first couple of days when the bagels still were chew-able. Luckily there is a bakery across the street

Staff were doing their best and location is good - just a short walk from the centre of the old town. 

Old, worn out building with good location

Five-person family with small children, breakfast 8-10:30, we came at 9:30 a.m. One slice of cheese, tomato skin, milk leftovers, flakes, jam, no bread. At the request for replenishment, after eyes rolling, sighing and shrugging, we heard: what can I do? Other guests ate everything and we no longer have any supplies.
Location - great, room - great, service - whatever happens, we will never come back again. And tell everyone this story.
There's lot of other places.
