Base Serviced Apartments - East Village

The property does not accept stag or hen groups; such bookings received will be subject to cancellation.

The property has an over-25 policy and is very strict on noise pollution, as the apartments are in a residential block.

Noise complaints will incur additional charges.

Check-in times are between 14.00 and 22.00 at the office, apart from Sundays, when the office closes at 21:00. Alternative arrangement can be made for all check-ins after this time, but they will incur a fee of GBP 20. The office is situated in Hudson Gardens, and all keys must be collected from there, and returned there upon check out.

Management reserve the right to request a photographic ID and to pre-authorize a security deposit on a credit/debit card from GBP 50 to GBP 250 per person upon arrival (subject to an individual reservation). Please be advised that cash, Visa Electron, Solo or Laser cards are not accepted as a method of payment or for a pre-authorization. Please note that the check-in and key-collection take place at: 2 Hudson Gardens, 136 Duke Street, L15BB Liverpool.
