Base Serviced Apartments - Cumberland Street

Check-in time is between 14:00 and 22:00 at the office, apart from Sundays, when the office closes at 21:00. Alternative arrangement can be made for all check-ins after this time, but they will incur a fee of GBP 20. The office is situated in Hudson Gardens, and all keys must be collected from there, and returned there upon check out.

The property has an over-25 policy and is very strict on noise pollution, as the apartments are in a residential block.

The property does not accept stag or hen groups; such bookings received will be subject to cancellation.

Management reserve the right to request a photographic ID and to pre-authorise a security deposit on a credit/debit card from GBP 50 to GBP 250 per person upon arrival. Please be advised that cash, Visa Electron, Solo or Laser cards are not accepted as a method of payment or for a pre-authorization. Please note that the check-in and key-collection take place at: 2 Hudson Gardens, 136 Duke Street, L1 5BB Liverpool.
