• Reservations are required for massage services and spa treatments. Reservations can be made by contacting the hotel prior to arrival, using the contact information on the booking confirmation.

• At check-in, guests must provide either a negative PCR COVID-19 test result or a record of full COVID-19 vaccination.
• The negative COVID-19 test result requirement applies to all guests aged 15 and up, and test must have been administered no more than 24 hours prior to check-in. COVID-19 vaccination record requirement applies to all guests aged 15 and up; guests must have received complete vaccination at least 1 days prior to check-in.
• Property requires all guests aged 18 and up receive on-site PCR COVID-19 testing (EUR 35 per person, per stay).
