Due to government regulations aimed at reducing waste, starting from January 1, 2025, hotels in Taiwan will restrict the use of disposable toiletries (such as shower cap, comb, toothbrush, toothpaste, razor, shaving cream, etc.). Guests are encouraged to bring their own items.

Property allowed pets with notification in advance (without notification in advance will not allow to stay)
Additional chages apply: TWD 300 per day per pet and TWD 500 per pet as deposit.
Once confirm no damage or dirty on room, TWD 500 deposit will be refund.
Pet are not allow go to bed, sofa, use towels, or enter the swimming pool.
If pets accidentally causes damage, pet's owner need to compensate original price of the item.
Please also be considerate that property cannot accept pets that are noisy, unstoppable, or aggressive.
If it seriously affects other tenants, property have the right to advise the pet's owner send the pet to pets hotel. Please contact the property for more information. Visitors from mainland China remain barred from entering for tourism; exemptions are in effect for those entering for business, education, and family purposes.
