This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. A damage deposit of EUR 200 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that guests are asked to clean their accommodation before check-out. Please note, bed linen and towels are not included in the price. Towels can be rented at an extra cost of EUR 6 per person per week. Bed linen can be rented at an extra cost of EUR 9 per person per week. Please note the building is not serviced by a lift. Please note there is a communal laundry room with 6 washing machines available free of charge.
