Deposit and Additional Fees:

The full amount of the fee for the stay is payable at check in (includes weekly linen change and pre-stay cleaning). In addition, a breakage deposit of EUR 150 is payable at check in. This deposit will be returned at check out once the condition of the apartment has been checked and the keys returned.

Key Collection:

All keys must be collected from the Gestaltur office at 18 Calle Cuenca, Benidorm. Office hours are as follows:

* Monday to Saturday, from 09:30 - 14:00 and 16:00 - 19:00.

* Sunday, from 09:30 to 13:00.

During the summer, the opening hours will be extended.

There is also a 24-hour emergency phone number.

Please note that the cleaning and the change of bed linen is done weekly. Please note that the change of towels is done every 3 days.

Please note that Apartamentos Turísticos Paraiso 10 - Gestaltur offer free luggage storage in the Gestaltur office upon departure (subject to office hours).
