One child under 12 years of age stays free at the hotel when sharing a parent or guardian's room without an extra bed. Breakfast for a child in this case is paid additionally at the rate established on the date of stay. For a child aged 6 to 12 years old, a 50% discount on breakfast is provided, children from 13 years old receive the full price.

If guests require a visa to enter the country, the hotel will in most cases provide the necessary documents to obtain it. All arrangements are made solely between the guest and the hotel.

Children under 14 years of age can only be accommodated if there is an accompanying adult with written consent from their parents and a birth certificate. Children from 14 to 18 years old can stay at the hotel without accompanying persons, but also with written consent and with their own passport. In the consent from the parents, information is written in free form with a photocopy of the parent's passport (the first page and the page where the children are entered) and a photocopy of the accompanying person's passport. If the child is no longer included in the parent's passport, then in addition to a copy of the first page, a photocopy of the child's birth certificate must be attached in order to have complete information about the relationship.

Only registered guests are allowed in the rooms.

Dogs weighing up to 10 kg and up to 25 cm tall are allowed for an additional fee. Cats are not allowed.

The selected bed type is not guaranteed and is determined on the day of arrival.

For guests traveling by private car, the hotel offers free, unguarded parking.
