Sauna and games room are charged separately. It is possible to visit the children's room 1 time for free during the whole stay, only during the period from 12:00 PM to 06:00 PM, the age limit is 4-12 years.

Prepayment required. Prepayment must be made within 5 days from the date of booking. The property administration reserves the right to cancel the reservation in case the prepayment is not transferred.

The indoor pool is closed for maintenance on the last Sunday of each month.

Each time you visit the fitness club, you must have a guest card, in exchange for which the guest of the hotel receives a bracelet and a towel.

Children under 3 years old are not allowed to visit the pool.

Children under 16 years old can only be in the pool under the supervision of an adult.

The cost of visiting the thermal zone RUB 1000.00.

During the season, the hotel has three pools: indoor, seasonal, outdoor, but during the off-season there is one indoor pool.

Accommodation for children. Children under the age of 5 years stay free of charge without providing an extra bed. A baby cot is provided for children under 3 years old.

Breakfast is served from 07:00 AM to 10:30 AM.

Pets are allowed in rooms weighing no more than 10 kg. Pets are allowed only in the Two-level apartment without balcony category. The cost of accommodation must be clarified with the hotel administration. Contact information is provided in the booking confirmation.

Moving with animals in the lobby of the Zvezdnyij Wellness & Spa Hotel is allowed only on a leash, in hands or in a carrier. Visiting restaurants, fitness and spa centers, and the pool with animals is strictly prohibited.

Upon check-in, guests must provide their pet's passport.
