• If you need a visa to enter the country, in most cases your hotel will provide you with the necessary documents to obtain it. Russian citizens: Upon arrival, adults (14 years and older) must present a valid internal passport of a citizen of the Russian Federation (passports and driver's licenses are not accepted). Foreign nationals: Adults and children must present a valid passport, visa and migration card upon arrival.
• The hotel offers a shuttle service from the airport. Guests are required to inform about their arrival 24 hours before arrival using the contact information from the booking confirmation letter.
• The following services must be reserved in advance: massage. The hotel will accept your order in case of prior request. To make a reservation, use the contact information from the booking confirmation email.
