When booking, you must provide the guest's contact number. The apartments have contactless check-in via keyboxes. To get check-in instructions, you must contact the operator 1 day before arrival by phone, indicated in the booking confirmation. Also on the day of check-in, at least 1 hour before check-in, guests must send a photo of their passport with registration, make a deposit, after which the operator will provide the keybox code with keys. On the day of check-out, the guest will receive a deposit back until 06:00 PM. Call reception and operator work hours are from 08:00 AM to 12:00 AM. Check-in at other times is possible upon full payment and presentation of a document. Payment on site is accepted by online transfer.

The reception is not open around the clock, in case of check-in after 06:00 PM, guests must notify the hotel in advance and receive check-in instructions. Check-in after 06:00 PM is possible for an additional fee in the amount of RUB 800.00 to 1300.00. The exact amount of the surcharge must be clarified with the accommodation facility. Contact information is provided in the booking confirmation.
