You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. A damage deposit of EUR 200 is required. The host charges this 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. A surcharge of EUR 10 / hour applies for arrivals after check-in hours. All late check-in after 21:00 will be charged with EUR 15. Please note that in case the guest loses the keys, he will be charged EUR 50.
