Opłata za sprzątanie nie jest wliczona w cenę rezerwacji i należy jej dokonać oddzielnie w hotelu.

W hotelach we Włoszech mogą być naliczane obowiązkowe opłaty za uroczystą kolację. Goście proszeni są o bezpośredni kontakt z hotelem w celu uzyskania szczegółowych informacji.

Remember: your apartment could be located in either the Dorsoduro or Giudecca districts in the historical centre of Venice.

Please note that a deposit of EUR 250 is payable by VISA or Mastercard on arrival. This will be pre-authorized by local representatives on arrival and held in case of damages after having checked the property.

After completing your reservation you will receive the contact numbers of Dorsoduro & Giudecca Island Apartments representatives. Please remember to call 7 days before your arrival to communicate your arrival time and schedule an appointment with a representative.

At check-in you will be given the keys and more information about the apartment. Should you need to change the meeting time, please call the same numbers at latest 3 days before arrival.

The staff will meet you at the public water bus station that is closest to the apartment. Requests for late arrival are subject to a surcharge and must be confirmed by the property. The latest possible check-in, even if paying the surcharge, is 00:00.

The cost of final cleaning is included in the rate. However, you must tidy the kitchen and remove all garbage, or an extra cleaning fee will be charged.

Please note, cash payments over EUR 1,000.00 are not permitted under current Italian law.
