You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. If you require an invoice when booking a prepaid rate, please write this request and your company details in the Ask a question box. In the event of an early departure, the property will charge you the full amount for your stay. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Piscina n. 1 is closed from Tue 20 Sept 2022 until Sat 27 May 2023 A damage deposit of EUR 200 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that air conditioning is charged extra at EUR 10 per day. Please note that bed linen and towels are not provided. Guests can bring their own or rent them at the property for the following extra charges: Bed linen: EUR 5 per person, per stay Towels: EUR 5 per person, per stay.
