The front desk is open daily from 7:00 AM - 10:00 PM. If you are planning to arrive after 10:00 PM please contact the property in advance using the information on the booking confirmation. The front desk is staffed during limited hours. At check-in, guests must provide either a negative COVID-19 test result or a record of full COVID-19 vaccination. The negative COVID-19 test result requirement applies to all guests aged 6 and up, and test must have been administered no more than 24 hours prior to check-in. COVID-19 vaccination record requirement applies to all guests aged 18 and up; guests must have received complete vaccination at least 14 days prior to check-in.

Know Before You Go

• Pool access available from 6:30 AM to 10:00 PM.
• Reservations are required for massage services. Reservations can be made by contacting the hotel prior to arrival, using the contact information on the booking confirmation.

Fees

• Fee for buffet breakfast: approximately EUR 15.00 for adults and EUR 15.00 for children
• Pet fee: EUR 14 per pet, per night
• Service animals are exempt from fees
• Late check-out is available for a fee (subject to availability)
• Crib (infant bed) fee: EUR 15.0 per stay
• Rollaway bed fee: EUR 45.00 per night
