You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Bed linen and towels are not included. You can bring your own or rent some on site if you send a request before you arrive. A EUR 50 cleaning deposit will be requested on arrival. It will be returned to you if you have cleaned the apartment before leaving. In winter, a free shuttle can take you to the ski lift.
