Bed linens and towels are not included in the room rate. Guests can rent them at the property for an additional charge of EUR 7 per person or bring their own. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. A damage deposit of EUR 250 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via bank transfer, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that bed linen and towels are not included in the price. Guests can rent them for EUR 10 per person (bed linen) and EUR 4 per person (towels) or they can bring their own. Extra fee for pets is EUR 7.5 per night, and a maximum of 1 pet can be accommodated. Please note that the energy is not included in the rate and will be deduced according consumption from the deposit.. Baby cots or chairs can be rented on-site.
