The resort fee is not included in the room rate, it is mandatory for guests over 3 years old per night. It must be paid directly at the hotel upon check-in.

In case of late cancellation or no-show, a fine of 21% VAT and the corresponding resort fee will be charged.

The environmental tax is a tax that visitors pay per person for each night of stay (up to three nights). Depending on the type of establishment where the guests are staying, a differentiated rate will be applied.

In Argentina, non-resident foreigners are exempt from paying 21% VAT on hotel stays. To take advantage of this benefit, the guest must present a foreign identity document and a document confirming his tourist status in the country when checking into the hotel. If the guests do not have any of these documents, an additional 21% commission will be applied to the already paid fare.

The resort administration informs that during 2025, repairs may be carried out in the northeastern sector of the building, which may be extended until 2026.

Currently, 50 more rooms are being renovated in the Bustillo Wing - North West sector, which began in September 2024 and is likely to be completed in December 2025 or a little later.

These months are when the most noise and traffic occurs, so it is expected that by July, the administration will begin another renovation process that will cause less concern.

The work is carried out during the daytime, when guests are not usually at the resort or on vacation.

Due to the annual maintenance of the pools, please pay attention to the scheduled closing dates.:

Outdoor swimming pool: from 05/04/2025 to 05/14/2025 inclusive;

Indoor and outdoor pools: from 11/30/2025 to 12/10/2025 inclusive.
