Not as close to the Airport as it appears . Shuttle service confusing.

The building looks old and don't look like a hotel. No lift to the 2nd floor where the tight not very welcoming old reception is located. Fortunately the shuttle driver brought my suitcase up. Then another male help brought my things to my room on the next floor. 
Airport pick up at terminal 2 -you have to call the hotel. Good I arrived 4:30pm. 
Check in was quick but then she was nowhere to be found. Good the male help saw me and he gave me Wifi password, showed me how to operate the shower and turned on the AC.
Deluxe Room #1 spacious, bed comfortable but AC was so loud that I did not sleep the whole night. If I turn it off, room was very hot.
Toilet has molds and mildew. If deluxe toilet looked like this, how much more in shared toilet.
Breakfast simple and have 3 choices.
For water and few groceries there's a neighborhood a block away behind PAL building. Not safe or even open very late at night.
For shuttle to the airport the next day, it was an agony waiting even though 8:30am is a scheduled time. The cook was nice enough to bring my things down and even helped looked for the driver. It felt like there was no receptionist or any helper at all. 
Not worth the pay with my overnight layover or even for a very short stay.
Absolutely no second time for me. Location is good for layover but provide a much better service and accommodation.

Budget hotel close to airport

JORIVIM Apartelle is a good choice for travelers needing to catch a flight out of Manila.  It's close to the airport and has an airport shuttle.  The staff was friendly and helpful, and served a decent breakfast.  The room itself was basic - four bunkbeds up a very narrow staircase at the top of the building.  It appeared to be a converted attic, since the stairs to the lower floors were normal width.  We needed the space, so it was a good choice for us.

A dorm bed was about 20€. While it seems ridiculous, the hotel *supposedly* provides return pickups from AND to the airport. Seems like a good combo. Nonetheless, my experience was anything but. 24hrs before arrival, we messaged back and forth. They knew my flight number and status.On arrival at NAIA T3, expecting non-punctual pickup, I purchased a local sim. Called the reception. Said "on the way". 30mins passed. I sent an sms. Reply "we are still trying to find where the driver is". An hour passed. Still nothing but suffocating exhaust fumes and car honks. After 1½ hrs, I paid for taxi (350₱). By then, I can't be bothered. Apologetic tone at reception. Dorm bed was nice and room was sufficiently cooled by AC. Great wifi. Slept only for 3 hrs before getting ready to *walk to NAIA T2 (*600m to T2).Downstairs, one of the drivers insisted I use their "car" for safety reason (apparently walking is unsafe). Hereby the twist: the hotel provides free shuttle, not car. But good luck trying to catch the subtleties at 3am!The ride only took 3mins. Or 10mins by foot anyway. Here's the kicker: the driver then asked for 440₱ because it's a non-scheduled shuttle service. Lovely! I argued. Didn't pay in the end. Because (1) 600m for 440₱ is just robbery + (2) I don't feel like paying for transports after booking an expensive dorm bed that INCLUDES return transfers to/from airport anyway. Overall: 0-star experience.

Cheap place near the airport, clean and comfortable sleep. Great pickup from airport and drop off! Recommend for a cheap stay close to airport. Breakfast was a bit gross though but it was free!

If you want a place to sleep near the Nino Aquino International Airport and don't want to pay for extras, this place is fine.  I got the cheap room priced at 1200 pesos, or about 29 Canadian dollars.  It includes a shuttle to the airport and a simple breakfast. This place is clean and quiet, and the staff are very pleasant. It has free WiFi in the lobby.
