Different from what I’m expecting, the pictures from Hotel.com is much different . The bar, many rooms are not working anymore coz it’s already damage. There’s no WiFi, the water in the bathroom is not strong all the time. The other rooms on the top of our room had termites. The smell of our room is like been awhile nobody using it. The only good on this hotel is the people who assist us are very nice and the whole area are clean, the swimming pool us well. Nobody will come back again on this hotel or resort. Overall rating 2

Bad hotel or resort

If you halpen to travel to North as a group, I highly recommend this place for team building activities. This place is very spacious you can do a lot of activities here. They offer a very natureful view. There's a swimming pool, billiard pool, kubo, basketball court, huge parking spaces, kitchen area, grill area and ocean view(however you cant swim to it coz it is a restricted area, very rocky) The girl staff there is very helpful and nice. The rooms are airconditioned however the rooms at the 2nd level were kinda old or needs some renovation. But the rooms on the 1st level were good. All in all this is a budgetwise place 👌

Quiet and Beautiful Place, Accomodating Staff, Great Place for Team Building

For 5 nights, we had a spacious and clean upstairs room, comfy bed, big bath (one big room with shower, toilet and sink). The only downside was that we didn't have any hot water, but the "cold" water was comfortable enough to shower in (it was hot and muggy at the time). The staircase to the second floor was a bit steep, so we had to be really careful climbing up and down (it was hard to carry our big suitcases, but the staff helped). Beautiful countryside surroundings next to the sea. We were on a business trip in connection with the Mayor's office of the Cabugao Municipality, so they made sure we had a hearty breakfast at the hotel every day. I'd stay there again, but on the ground floor.

Comfortable stay

This Monte Costa is not a hotel nor resort. They were not informed about our reservation. No TV, no internet, no guest except us, the room is empty, they just add a foam for our sleep over. Toilet is outside our room. They compromise if we agreed to transfer to their hotel in vigan which we accepted it with no hesitation
