I stayed at this hotel for 1 month, and I can tell you that it is one of the best stays I have ever had. Much is due to Don Edgar who cares for you super well, his kindness and desire to make you feel special sounds incredible, even today when we withdrew from the hotel he gave us a gift to each member of the crew we stayed at. 100% recommended at a very good price, close to restaurants, next to the city's botanical garden, and close to the historic center and shopping centers. For work stays it is super recommended. It is a small hotel but has all the necessary amenities. I look forward to having the opportunity to come back and if so, do not hesitate to be here again. Thank you very much Don Edgar for everything!!!

An ideal place to feel at home!!!

It's a hotel where the good deal is its main feature, it's well located as it's located behind the AV. Larco where you can get many restaurants, is also close to Ramiro's de carnes restaurant.

Good deal but small rooms.

The dining room on the third floor number 7 is very spacious and has a beautiful view of the Trujillo Botanical Park.The breakfast charms me because it is varied and you can order it in the room without charge.

A good example of this is a good marriage.

I stayed at this hotel on Saturday, December 7 and Sunday, December 8, 2013 It is located in front of the botanical garden (which is very nice). The attention is very good, they are very kind and attentive to everything you want. The breakfast is a simple thing, because at lunchtime in Trujillo we always eat a little heavier food and a light breakfast is ideal. Anyway, breakfast is served in the room or in the dining room depending on how you want it (no extra charge, this is included). The rooms are neither very large nor very small, the bedrooms are comfortable and comfortable. The bathroom is complete and well cleaned. The only things we cleaned was that the bathroom was in our living room and the two rooms were in the living room, and the car was in the living room, but the hotel is not a problem.

I was hired by Trujillo for work and stayed at this hotel, the room had a comfortable work table and a large, clean bathroom, with cold or hot water. The staff was super attentive and kind at all times, both to recommend nearby places and to assist in transportation coordination.

Comfortable, cozy and super attentive.

I booked a reservation in this hotel with two weeks of anticipation and when I called one week earlier to confirm it, the staff told me that my reservation wasn't registered. I forwarded the e-mail with the reservation to the staff in the hotel and they told me that I had only 72 hours to pay for the reservation so it could be confirmed.
Afterwards, I explained that when I spoke to a lady I was just getting into a plane so I told her I wasn't going to be able to pay until I came back from my trip one week later and she said it was fine and that it wasn't mandatory. It's a shame that since the first contact you have with the hotel they make mistakes.
As a consequence I had to book a late hotel in not a very safe area and pay almost double of what I expected, great start for my trip.

Wrong since the booking started

During the July 2012 holidays, we decided to travel as a family to northern Peru and look for places to stay, reviewing the comments from TRIP we found the Hotel LOS HERALDOS in the city of TRUJILLO.It is worth noting that its rooms are comfortable, very clean and are located in a safe area, we were well served by all the staff who were waiting to calm our stay and enjoy the pleasant breakfasts.This was the reason for VOLVER to this Hotel, after returning from our trip to Tumbes, finding ourselves again with the warmth of its people and the comfort of its recoveries.For those who are looking for something very nice and just to sleep.
