We had such a bad experience that I can't give this place a good review despite the cleanliness of the room.
We arrived in the middle of the day but the hostel was locked up and no-one answered when we buzzed to be let in.
After hanging about in front for ages, wondering what to do, two unfriendly women from the shop opposite came over with the keys, telling us the landlady had informed them there were no reservations, our reservation had been cancelled and she left them the keys and went off for the day!
Once it was established that as far as we were concerned, the reservation definitely wasn't cancelled, the unfriendly women checked us in and gave us the keys to a room that had no hot water and no electricity.
After complaining we were then shown to another room.... with no hot water or electricity. After complaining, we were then shown to yet another room with no hot water but electricity, which we accepted because apparently expecting both hot water and electricity in this establishment is asking too much.
I do not recommend this hostel in any way. I know it was cheap but we stayed in other cheap places that were at least open and had electricity. I only expect the basics for this price but we didn't even get that! We felt like a huge imposition and very unwanted.
AVOID.

Atrocious hostel - AVOID!!!

For 40S, we had a double room with cable TV, SDB/WC private. Attention! BRUYANT! The rooms are spacious and spacious but no soundproofing! From 5:00 in the morning, the chickens started singing, and then at 6:00 we enjoyed waking up the boss's children.

I mean, an average address because it's brilliant.

It's a small, cozy hotel, the lady who runs the place is very friendly, and servicial, it's a clean place with cable TV service, wifi, kitchen and laundry, hot water, a stop near the bus terminals (like a 5 minute walk), it's also tourist-friendly, the neighborhood is very hot at night, it doesn't have air conditioning, although it does have fans.

It's a very welcoming place.

This hostel is quite cozy. We stayed for two nights and the staff were really nice and sweet. The room was bigger than we thought,  pretty good for this low price. Fresch rooms and free wifi with some good connection.

The hotel is very noisy, the Personal Del hotel makes a lot of noise during the day and at night, it has no hot water (it doesn't even have a hot water faucet) they close the hotel with a key and both to enter and to leave A QUALMY HOUR OF THE DAY you have to call Mrs. Maria which takes 10-15 minutes, no serving breakfast, no paying with a visa.
