Very central.
What was bad
AC didn't work after we requested it and was never fixed during our stay.
Having to move rooms frequently (no hot water, lack of ventilation, keys not working)
All three of the rooms we stayed in during our ten day stay had filthy floors and carpets.
There are "No smoking" signs but there were a couple of older guests who smoked and left ashtrays out in public spaces throughout all hours of the day, bringing in younger "
