Our room had the floor full of black dirt, it was black dust that contaminated our feet and socks. The bathroom was uncleaned and had white socks, the black dirt formed black patches on the floor. The shower was unwashed, it had even hair on the floor...Horrible. It had no toilet paper or towels. We had to ask them to clean both the bathroom and give us paper and towels. Even though we were 4, they only gave us 2 towels. In the bathroom, what they did was pass a palette and disguise the dirt.

We booked the hotel through a tour operator, the attention was pleasant, we were very well received, but upon entering our room we felt a very unpleasant smell, the smell of moisture was too strong, the room looked dirty, it seemed not to have been cleaned before, the pillows were smelling sweaty, the robe was dusty and in one of the drawers was a dead cuckoo, in the guestbook there were a few biscuits walking inside the pages, really unpleasant, as the hostel is in a very good location but they should be more careful with the cleanliness of the same, as well as the breakfast was very poor for the price,

 Disappointing.

Although it may seem distant, perhaps the best thing about this hotel is its location, as it is located almost in the center of the Miraflores neighborhood.Compared to neighborhood hotels, it has the most affordable price although you don't expect a plus, as the services are basic (hot water, TV, wifi) and in general the rooms are regular.Good attention from the guy at the reception.It's a good option to spend a night or two.

Hotel to stay a couple of nights.

The place is quiet to rest, the attention is terrible, the rooms are pretty basic, and it's fine if it's for a night or two.

Calm down 

The hotel is quite simple, without refrigerator, air conditioning or heater. Positive point and its location, as it is located a few blocks from Kennedy Park where there are several restaurant options.

Perfect location

We stayed two nights. The situation is good in Miraflores but that's the only positive point. In a room for two, you have to pay an extra for a second shower, the room is noisy, it's on the street, the staff is not nice, it's only in Spanish, breakfast is precarious, in short we were happy to leave Lima!

It is strategically located with the best location with a very warm attention since its staff is very attentive to exactly what one is looking for on their vacation and would not hesitate to recommend it to my friends and family.

Comfortable and comfortable.

Very good attention, from the time I arrived until I left, I was received with very good vibes.The room in which I was was was large, clean and comfortable.I am satisfied with the monarch, I will return anyway.

Good stay at the hotel.

Simple but well-located hotel in a safe area with restaurants, supermarkets, pharmacies nearby decent shower, normal bed, not very comfortable but the price compensates. Wi-Fi works in the first floor rooms and common areas. 24-hour reception, friendly. Breakfast is weak. It's worth it.

Break the branch

When the luggage was stored, our backpacks were searched and money stolen. The thieves (probably the hotel employees) were very professional and only took away the larger banknotes. They left behind small coins and one dollar bills. So my recommendation is to find another place to stay.
