Hotel Plaza de Armas Cusco

Let’s get this out of the way. You are in one of the noisiest parts of town, so yes it’ll be loud, in some cases very loud, but I’ve got a slam dunk fix! My wife and I brought like a $10-15 sound machine and cranked it each night. We really didn’t hear much due to that but upon turning it off, yes you can hear horns, cars, people etc. So, need silence go somewhere else. The location in unbeatable and our group of 26 loved it. The daily breakfast was good and really hit the spot. We did find out half way into our week that you can exit the hotel go right to the corner then an immediate right at the corner and maybe 3-5 doors down that block you will find a killer bakery if you want to supplement the free breakfast. Most did not realize that you can order hot eggs your way from the lady overseeing the breakfast. Our room was 304 on third floor and man that last flight of stairs is a killer due to altitude but what views! That bedroom has a pretty small bed for two but we still were ok. The bed gets made daily, towels cleaned and changed also. Oh, the hot water can be scarce at times when many are taking them. I had a couple showers that started hot then went way cold and I had to stand to the right until it got hot again.
