A beautiful house, old but perfectly maintained, far enough away to have tranquility, but close enough to the village to enjoy.

Whenever we can, we will return.

We enjoyed the terrace and the gardens to play with the children, and the breakfasts they prepared for us every day were delicious.

Staying was relaxing at this old house that has been well preserved with luscious gardens and close to a river and with Mountain View’s. We had good experience but dealt with a few minor inconveniences.  I requested ahead of time to have Panamanian breakfast items and the lady in charge was very nice to prepare them. She had a smile and provided very good care and service. Sitting by the back porch was relaxing. Furniture could use some updates. 

Relaxing BB hotel 

The property is clean and well maintained with plenty of open area to relax.  We were the only couple, but there is space inside and outside to be alone if you want.  Breakfast was homemade with plenty to fill you up.  Miriam, was attentive, friendly and willing to answer questions.  We requested specific Panamanian breakfast items, and she provided them.  

Could use tourist information in the house.  Stop at tourist information center at the top of the hill as you get ready to enter the town.  Good info, view and coffee there.

Paying for the room had to be done before arrival through a website.  Different, but all went well.

Remember this is not a large hotel, but a lovely B&B.  Enjoy, we did!

Nice place to relax

Friendly attention, stuning gardens, great location far from the noizy Downtown, but close to start any tour in the interesting attractions of Boquete.

The gardens are have good maintanance, and are prerfect to picture birds and flowers. Great place to stay in Groups!!!

Great Place to Stay with Family and Friends

For patriotic days a group of friends stayed in Casa Romero, the comfort, the decoration of a family home like the old ones, the cleanliness, good breakfasts, good treatment and the attentions of doña Miriam were excellent, and the very beautiful gardens, with local and migratory birds in and around the property.

We arrived to dine in a warm place where the big surprise was, what we found was an excellent buffet of traditional and pre-Hispanic Mexican food.

A nice B and B on the outskirts of town.  Me, my wife and my two teenagers had never been to Boquete before and we really lucked out to find such a wonderful place to stay.  Booked it through Expedia for one night and ended up talking to the owner to stay another night.  Mellia (?) was an outstanding host and treated us like family, she was great.  She cooked us up some great breakfasts and helped us with our spanish.  We stayed in the family suite (the hatillo room) that had a triple decker bunk bed which was kinda crazy.  It was fun for the kids.  The grounds were beautiful and we saw lots of birds including the Scarlet-Thighed Dacnis which was another life bird for us.  The area is secured and it felt like home.  Thanks Javier and we will be calling you again.

Another slice of Panamanian heaven

Our family of 4 stayed here last week. Nice lodgings in a lovely garden setting. Breakfast was tasty and the owners were thoughtful and kind-we lucked out and Mrs. 
Romero was staying there when we were-she was very sweet and drove us around town to show us the sights! A little bit of a walk to town, but cabs are easy to come by.

Quaint Bed and Breakfast in Boquete

Our short stay was extraordinary. It is a house where you feel the appreciation of those who inhabit it. I loved many details, but especially the terrace with the garden where you can hear the sound of the river flowing and delight the view with the flowers of various colors. And you want to stay and live there. I still miss the unparalleled breakfast.
