Even though the hotel is undergoing renovations, the rooms are comfortable, spacious, air-conditioned and working very well, the WiFi is good speed.

The hotel was under a major renovation which I can understand the lack of a lot of things. But no fridge in the room, dinner was not worth the money and too dangerous to go out. Although the staff were nice.

Terrible place, could be a great hotel but it's basically abandoned. Place is dark, old, without maintenance. Hallways are dark. Rooms are just in bad condition. Bed is terrible, not even a level mattress, no hot water, no outlets, no cable

There was no towel no running water to flush the toilet or take a shower no soap.

There is not working hotel. Check google maps, that's what it looks like. The east side of Colon looks like the worst parts of Haiti. Stripped out builds, garbage and waist six feet high on the sides of the roads. Do not walk the streets at night. The reason they don't answer the phone is because its fake. Do not get out of your car at this hotel. There will be guys hanging out side waiting to mug your.  This sight needs to be taken down.

Complete fraud, No work has been done in years,

The front desk clerk wasn’t helpful and didn’t provide internet service or remote for A/C. We had to find another employee to help us.  Also, the following day they chain locked the front door, locking us in!  We couldn’t leave and there was no employee in site to unlock the front door… health/safety hazard!  We had to walk around the entire hotel to find a child to help us.  We had to check out with him… also wasn’t informed about the strict covid shut down Colon has on Sundays, when they knew we are leaving then.  Had to get police escorted out of the Colon. The room we stayed in was in poor condition as well.  TV didn’t work well… I do not recommend staying here.

Very disappointed in this Hotel!

Had booked and paid through travelocity and didn't even stay for a single night. Place is not what the pictures show. Truly disgusting and unsanitary.  Dirty  stained, sheets, garbage in the hallway and most squatters would not even consider it for a night. A total scam. That said, travelocity only made it worst with over 3 hrs to try to get my money back as they sold it to me and took my money on total false pretense and images,  and still waiting for a fractional of my payment back from them. Let's just say I will not book that hotel again nor use travelocity again.

Do not book this place

It's a huge, old, historic building, with very nice decoration details. When we arrived ten days ago the new dealerships had been charged and were in full renovation, so there were no details. Our room had a great view of the sea from both sides, with huge windows and good blackouts; it was spacious, with freezer and air conditioning. The bathroom was renovated but the ventilation was fixed. Good wifi, a large outdoor pool with bar; a restaurant on the ground floor with some simple and tasty menus. The very friendly staff and dealerships were open to receive suggestions and solve any inconveniences. The large front yard.
