Its a very bad experience while i was staying in this hotel, kindly request no to pick this hotel as there is too much good hotels u can choose in Oman. Very bad service, Poor wifi connectivity, Bad attitude from Staffs.

Good location, noisy air conditioning and no maintenance, cleaning common places great. Breakfast barely enough. If you arrive late for breakfast don't eat. These are apartments and so you have to ask for cleaning day by day

work trip

We get to Muscate, we put the route in the GPS and it takes us somewhere else. However, we spend more than two hours in the car and no one can tell us where it is. Finally a passerby with a phone call, got us the civic number (which was not on the reservation) and also the phone number (my fault I didn't write it down). We put the number in the GPS and it takes us to a main road.. where the hotel has no trace. However, we spent more than two hours in the car and no one can tell us where it is. But at some point I called to know if I could have any other indication.. a reference point or something.

Some of our acquaintances reserved three rooms for our family and friends. The rooms and the bathroom were clean. The reception was friendly. A very modest breakfast - they served us down - although offered on the map, no mirror guides or other food was prepared. In the morning, three employees fought each other in the hallway.

Central location

Despite many difficulties in finding the hotel, this one is not too badly located. Proper room, noisy air conditioning. Slightly varied but good lunch. Wi-Fi connection, TV, refrigerator. Quite clean room well although the hotel is aging.

Hotel reasonable apartment

The hotel is quite overpriced and unfortunately offers very little. In our first room there were small insects and cockroaches in the bathroom and dining area. The neighbors could be heard at any time, especially when chairs were torn, causing a terrible noise on the tiles. In addition, we could hear the signal from the elevator until late into the night. The only WiFi in the room worked only on the first or second day after that. There was no noise from the ceiling lamps and fridge. In the 5 nights we could not sleep because of the normal circumstances. Breakfast was uncomfortable. Breakfast was unhealthy. Almost every morning there was a strong smell and a strong smell in the room. Everything was about to be eaten in the breakfast room and then all the food was left over at the breakfast counter (over 75 euros) and then the breakfast room had to be served at the same price.

Overpriced hotel with many negative points

The hotel is new and located a few kilometers from the Grand Mosque which, however, is not reachable on foot. The night reception was excellent and, despite the misunderstandings about the booking, they assigned us a new and very spacious apartment. The staff is friendly and very available and almost everyone speaks good English.

Good solution

Pros:

- Lots of space! Really roomy
- Great location - between the airport and city centre. Near to nice malls. 

Cons:

- It's hard to find. And the map online is wrong.
- Receptionist (male) only spoke Arabic and wasn't welcoming. Also, he asked for my PIN of my bank card. Who does that???

I would stay here again.

Modern, spacious

Ideal location : right between airport and city center. Close to the Grand Mosquée. Easy to find without GPS. Very helpful owner who kept my passport safely for 1 week after I forgot it at the hotel. Calm, great sleep.

Good location, helpful staff

Excellent facility, great service are two major things one can say for this facility.

The manager himself was too courteous and professional, though the same cannot be said for other as presumably the others were still being groomed.

Nice and comfortable stay. Clean setup, fair priced.

Just some things which they may consider improving upon: 

The prices on the net seemed to differ from their rates so had to discuss it and get ironed out, though I wouldn't prefer to do it everytime. The swipe machine for card payment regrettably failed to perform. The apartments great in its entirety, though it missed a washing machine, therein.
