It's a campsite that has a few small cabins available. Not bad for a stop during the fjord ride, considering the few alternatives. Our room had the bathroom in a separate structure about thirty meters away, but it was still quite comfortable and clean.

Passing through the fjords

Nice little place to spend a few days.  While the cabin is little on the cozy side, it did have everything we needed; bed, kitchen area and dining area.  We used it as a base for a little hiking and sightseeing.  Loved the area, very quiet and peaceful.

Met our Needs

A quiet setting just up the hill from the town.  The owner was very helpful and patient.  The views from our cabin to the north were wonderful and we really enjoyed sitting out on the porch with the bleating of sheep in the background.  The cabin had all the facilities we needed and plenty of room.  Internet only available near reception cabin. 
 Nearest shop is in town a couple of kilometres away.

Views and serenity

Booked a hytte for four people, photos that didn't match the real one, when we arrived, the lady immediately warned us that the accommodation had three beds, because the houses were like this, in fact, convenient accommodations for four people there were but she had already occupied them despite our reservation being dated. They gave us a single room, a room where we could do everything, there were signs recommending leaving everything clean and in order, it's a shame that when we arrived, the floor was full of hair.

Disappointing

We stayed in a cabin with four beds in one bedroom. The cabin also has a living / kitchenette area, bathroom with shower, entrance hall and terrace. Our cabin was among the lowest in the terrain.

Affordable alternative between Geiranger and Trollstigen

We stayed in an original cabin that was almost fabulous! The atmosphere in this corner of Norway has literally captured us, conveying a sense of peace and relaxation that we will carry for a long time in our hearts. The bathrooms are common, clean and quite comfortable; the lady welcomed us with great kindness, even though we were clearly late to our scheduled arrival.

Immersed in Nature

It's in a strategic location, just off the ferry and half an hour from Geiranger, with slightly lower prices.

Good location

We wanted to spend the night quietly near Geiranger! The campsite is not too far from Eidsdal or it is nice to walk around. We drove to Nordsdal: very nice view in the evening. The cottage is top there and everything is clean, very cozy and pleasant. The welcome was warm and nothing to be reproached about. We recommend!!

Camping-homes in scenic and romantic surroundings, peaceful. Modest pricing, modest standard, cottages higher standard. Generous and friendly staff. Perfect for adults seeking a peaceful retreet. Recommended! 

Bairgain camping Eidsdal

[ TripAdvisor says this is a hotel but it's a camping ...]
We spent the night in our tent.
The location is convenient, on route 63.
The service is minimal compared to other campgrounds we visited, but the cost was also rather cheap (140 NOK for a tent).
The shower was hot (the meter was broken so no time limit) but a bit creepy.
The wifi was OK if you sat on the router .. range was only at the office.
