Since October 2017, all owners of quadrocopters and other unmanned aerial vehicles (drones) are required to register their devices with the National Television and Radio Commission of Thailand (NBTC). In case of violation of the order, Thai law provides for a penalty of up to five years in prison and / or a fine of up to 100 thousand baht (about 3 thousand US dollars).

Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. The hotel requires prepayment via bank transfer. Guests will receive a direct email from the hotel within 48 hours of booking with the payment instruction. To confirm the reservation, payment must be made within 48 hours once email is received. Please note that air conditioning in the room will be provided during 18:00 hrs. until 06:00 hrs. (next day).
