In case of violation of the order, Thai law provides for a penalty of up to five years in prison and / or a fine of up to 100 thousand baht (about 3 thousand US dollars).

A damage deposit of THB 2000 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that this is a non-smoking property. Parties and loud music are not encouraged in the apartment. For guests staying a month or more, the electricity usage fee will be collected upon check-out. In the case of a lost key card, a fine of THB 4000 will be applied.
