Since October 2017, all owners of quadrocopters and other unmanned aerial vehicles (drones) are required to register their devices with the National Television and Radio Commission of Thailand (NBTC). In case of violation of the order, Thai law provides for a penalty of up to five years in prison and / or a fine of up to 100 thousand baht (about 3 thousand US dollars).

The hotel requires prepayment via Paypal. Guests will receive a direct email from the hotel within 48 hours of booking with the Paypal link. To confirm the reservation, payment must be made within 48 hours once email is received. A security deposit of THB 5000 is required upon arrival for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.
