Since October 2017, all owners of quadrocopters and other unmanned aerial vehicles (drones) are required to register their devices with the National Television and Radio Commission of Thailand (NBTC). In case of violation of the order, Thai law provides for a penalty of up to five years in prison and / or a fine of up to 100 thousand baht (about 3 thousand US dollars).

Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Please inform Nicha Home@Peang Ploen in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. A damage deposit of THB 800 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via bank transfer, subject to an inspection of the property.
